Danes rip it up at 6:00AM

Albany,NY-35 rugby players went through handling drills and conditioning today at 6:00AM. Albany is gearing up to face Brown U this Saturday in Providence, RI. Brown took it to UA last year and Albany is looking for a much better showing this year.

"No excuse" practices, like today, are team building affairs where some sort of sacrifice is needed to prove to yourself and your teammates that you will do what it takes to be  successful " stated coach Durant. For young guys to travel uptown this early is tough but they chose this over a 6:00PM alternative.
This proves that they are putting in the needed preparation to be successful.
