Albany Law controlled the tempo in the first 5 minutes and busted over a short score and conversion to take an early lead. Thed Danes would counter with a quick score off of multiple phases by Freshman winger Sean Williams. This would lead to a UAlbany landslide with scores by Matt Zapala, Billy Fenwick, Kris Kaiser and Gennaro Anzalone.
